A Day of Restoration and Vision for Body & Soul

Inaugurate the New You for 2013!

Take a Sunday afternoon for yourself!

Join us for a relaxed and proactive afternoon of restoration and release with yoga, guided meditation, creativity exercises, visioning and delicious healthful nourishment.


The day will include a restorative and Isagaya flow yoga and meditation session with Jenn Tamera, plus live music by Aaron Arredondo; a creativity and visioning session with E. Amato; a raw/vegan food demo and workshop with George McDonald, and time for socializing with live music!


Rejuvenating snacks and beverages will be provided.



Araceli Silva Collection will bring beautiful handcrafted jewelry for purchase. Objects With Purpose will bring their signature non-toxic candle collection. Plus organic raw vegan chocolates and other goodies from Alegria Xocalatl will be available for purchase!

This day is part of our new vision and we are happy to share it with you!  


Specal deals and discounts on services will be available for participants.  We value this three hour plus event at $180, but it is our gift to you for the New Year and the opportunity to create the new you that has been waiting for 2013 to come out and play!

(Please let us know if you have any food allergies or serious restrictions when you RSVP.)

To keep the day flowing in a relaxed way, please arrive on time or a bit early.

If you have a yoga mat, or any props you like to use, please bring them.

Please wear clothing appropriate to a class with movement.

Craft supplies will be provided. Please feel free to bring magazines and images to share, and any other decorative elements that you might be tempted to use in visioning.

There is plenty of street parking available.


Jenn Tamera is a certified yoga, massage and energy healing therapist.  She has worked at Burke Williams, is owner of Breathe Bodyworks, and in partnership with Aaron Arredondo, is a foun

der of Soul Garden. 

Aaron Arredondo

Together, Jenn and Aaron have recently completed a guided meditation CD, Soulful Meditations, which features 7 tracks of guided and instrumental meditations.

George McDonald

George McDonald is a poet in and out of the kitchen.  His life was changed by a vegan and partially raw diet and now he is inspired to encourage others to change theirs with his delicious, simple foods and recipes.  He has founded Restauration to bring his vision to life.  You won't find him online much, but you can always look in the kitchen.

E. Amato


E. Amato is a published poet, writer, performer and film

maker who loves bringing out the true creative voice in others.  She has founded Vision Consulting to help artists of all kinds and conscious business owners define themselves for their audience through smart and effective content strategy.



Araceli Silva is an artist, jewelry designer and radiant spirit who has been a pioneer of local creative culture in Los Angeles.


Ianthe Mauro

Ianthe Mauro began Objects With Purpose to deliver non-toxic sophisticated conscientious candles to everyone. oWp encourages family and friends to make a habit of creating meaningful purpose in every day life, with the simple act of lighting a candle.

Alegria Xocalatl

Alegria Xocalatl handcrafts healing organic raw vegan chocolate and salves with therapeutic-grade essential oils to  heal and bring joy! Alegria means "joy" in Spanish --  cacao releases chemicals in the brain that bring feelings of pleasure and joy! Xocolatl is an Aztec and historical reference of cacao and a way to honor the ancestral origins of chocolate.
