Event description

Description

Trauma changes the brain. Neuroplasticity allows the brain to heal! Come learn how the impact of trauma affects the brain, mind, heart and body and what you can do to heal from it.

About the workshop facilitator:

Maria Rippo is an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist and Holistic Coach just finishing her Master’s degree in Transpersonal Psychology with a focus on healing trauma, addictions and disordered eating. In her private practice she works as a guide in the healing of the affects of trauma. She has healed through her own complex PTSD and disordered eating. She loves empowering others to take charge of their mind, body, heart, emotions and spirit through compassionately deprogramming the negative conditioning that runs the programming of the subconscious mind leading to automatic, unconscious states and behaviors. To learn more and connect, MariaRippo.com and maria@mariarippo.com
