PS UNDERGROUND is sure to bring to life the essence of "Film Noir".  Red roses adorn darkly draped candlelit tables, a chanteuse chirps out a tune in one corner of the room,  Course after course of memorable food arrives at the tables as champagne glasses tinkle in the soft glow of the evening.

The dress is black and white with shades of grey.
