Due to the devastation caused by Tropical Storm Erika in August of 2015, the Prime Minister of The Commonwealth of Dominica elected to cancel the 2015 WCMF.

Come celebrate the 38th Independence Celebration of The Commonwealth of Dominica; proudly known as the "Nature Island of the Caribbean." This event is held in two part & spans over the course of two weekends.
The first weekend features the Natural Package which caters to the adventurous traveler and features nature hikes, hot spring baths, waterfalls and more! Dates range from October 20 - October 23, 2016.
The second weekend features the Live Entertainment Package happening during the WCMF (World Creole Music Festival) - October 27 - October 30, 2016.
You may choose one package or you may purchase both packages for participation in all events.
The Complete Package, which will include round-trip airfare, ground travel, accommodation plus one or both of the tours (depending on package purchased) is also available. Contact the organizer for details on Complete Packages to ensure you select the best package for according to your needs.
About The Nature Tour Package
Known as “The Nature Island,” Dominica’s tropical rainforests cover two thirds of the island, and are home to 1,200 plant species. Rivers, lakes, streams, and waterfalls abound, fed by the island’s high annual rainfall. Its volcanic physique points to extensive geothermal activity – even underwater. Below are the Nature Tour’s planned schedule and options for reserving your attendance either a-la-carte (no hotel/airfare) or with one of the Complete Packages to include hotel/airfare via the secure Eventbrite portal:

For guests interested in the Live Entertainment Tour (Part 2), weekend passes to the World Creole Music Festival will be provided from October 27th to October 30th, 2016. One thing about our music, when it hits you, you feel no pain! The likes of Jah Cure, Jr Gong Marley (Damien Marley), Allison Hinds, and others have graced the WCMF stage. Get hit with music!!!
About the WCMF
The DOMINICA’S World Creole Music Festival (WCMF) found a home at the Grammar School Grounds in 1997. WCMF then moved to Pottersville Savannah Grounds and then moved to Windsor Park Sports Stadium (WPSS) in 2007. WPSS is situated at Bath Road in the Commonwealth of Dominica’s main town, Roseau. - 18 years and over allowed Alcoholic Beverages
- Hold on to your ticket stub and armband for Re-Entry
- No Exit or Re-Entry after MIDNIGHT per night
