As the animals hibernate and the trees store their energy deep in their roots, we too go inward and embody the quiet peace if winter. We allow ourselves to curl up, rest, and practice deep self-compassion and nurturing care.

On Saturday January 3rd, we will gather in the warmth of candlelight, wrapped up in the heartbeat of love. Come home to yourself in the embrace of community.
