Fri, May 12, 2017, 6:30 PM – 9:30 PM EDT
"A Cotillion for Charity" is a cotillion style ball for families, couples and single ladies and gentlemen. This year we are pleased to raise awareness and funds for Louisville Rescue Mission. 100% of the funds raised at the event will be given to Louisville Rescue Mission. Refreshments will be served during the event.
Attire: This is a formal event and policies will be strictly followed. Please use discretion.
Ladies, keep modesty and ease of movement in mind. Strapless, backless, low-cut, and above the knee dresses are prohibited. Straps should be at least one inch wide.
Men, you must also dress modestly with a tuxedo, suit, or dress shirt with tie and slacks
Etiquette: The gentleman should ask the lady to dance. A lady who is seated indicates that she does not wish to dance. After a dance, the gentleman should lead his partner from the dance floor. It is the gentleman’s duty to ensure that every lady has the opportunity to dance. Gentlemen may only dance with the same lady twice, unless married, engaged, courting or related. In like manner, if a lady turns down a gentleman, the lady should please sit out that dance.
Children under the age of 13 must be supervised and under the direct oversight of parents/guardians at all times. Running and/or rough play in the facility during the event will not be permitted.
