Rove is an author, Republican commentator and former senior adviser to President George W. Bush. At the White House, he also served as deputy chief of staff for policy, coordinating the White House policymaking process. Rove recently authored The Triumph of William McKinley and previously wrote the New York Times best-seller Courage and Consequence: My Life as a Conservative in the Fight.
