Jane Sun is the Chief Executive Officer and a member of the board of directors of Trip.com Group Limited. Ms. Sun joined the company as Chief Financial Officer in 2005 and subsequently served as Chief Operating Officer and Co-President before she was appointed to the position of CEO in 2016. Among the various awards and recognition, Ms. Sun was named one of Fortune’s Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Business for consecutive years and was also named in the Forbes World’s Most Powerful Women List. Ms. Sun received an Asia Society Asia Game Changer Award and was appointed a member of the Asia Society Board of Trustees. Forbes named her one of the Emergent 25: Asia's Latest Star Businesswomen and one of the Most Influential and Outstanding Businesswomen in China.

Since Ms. Sun's tenure as CFO began in 2005, Trip.com Group’s market capitalization has increased more than twentyfold. She has championed innovative initiatives, particularly in supporting women in the workplace. These initiatives include contributions to a child education fund for new mothers, organizing summer camps for employees’ children, providing free taxi rides for pregnant women, and offering financial support for employees who wish to freeze their eggs.
