About this event
In this panel discussion, four health and wellness professionals share their best ideas for staying motivated to achieve better physical and mental health. Our panel will discuss walking, yoga, and other forms of exercise and activities that are good for your health.
Being healthy doesn’t mean looking a certain way, maintaining a certain weight, or being happy all the time. Rather, it’s about making a conscious choice to do little things every day that nourish your body and soul. This online event will help you get started.

After college she earned an MA in Kinesiology from Cal State Long Beach and began learning the ropes of the training industry. Her training philosophy is that everyone and every body is an athlete. Whether you are training for a specific event or training for life, she is here to help you. Her training approach is to have fun and work hard. She will push you to your limits, help you reach your fitness goals, educate you on why and what you are training, and encourage you to keep going.
