Please join us in-person at City Hall or virtually via Zoom (information below) to learn more about the Walnut Creek Police Department's Homeless Outreach Program (HOP). This event will feature a presentation by HOP, and a Q&A to follow, where the community may ask questions of the HOP Team, and representatives from Trinity Center, Loaves and Fishes, and the Coordinated Outreach Referral, Engagement (CORE) Team.
