About this event

The health and well being of the BAIA community and partners are our top priorities. Due to the growing concern around the coronavirus (COVID-19), and in alignment with the best practices laid out by the CDC, WHO and other relevant entities, BAIA has decided to postpone the event to a later date.

Tickets will be available again as soon as the new date is confirmed. In the meantime, you can keep supporting BAIA and get access to all events for one year through a supporter membership.

-----------------------------------------

The second edition of our event dedicated to the celebration of women and their success will feature a keynote by Simone Bianco on how to build teams based on diversity while being an ally, defined as a person who belongs to a dominant group and takes action to challenge the status quo and promote inclusiveness and social justice.

Following the presentation on allyship, we will welcome Italian women on stage to talk about how they navigated their industry, while they will tell their stories and share tips and advice to the audience, through the help of writer and journalist Sheila Pierce Ortona.
