Lisa Hultquist: SVP of Marketing, Orlando Economic Partnership

Lisa Hultquist serves the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Communications at the Orlando Economic Partnership. Lisa is a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of experience in promoting some of the world’s most famous brands including Hershey, NASA and Marriott. Lisa spent the last three years as the Senior Director of Sales, Marketing, Content and Education for Delaware North at NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Cape Canaveral where she directed the national sales & marketing efforts that led to three years of record-breaking attendance.

Jill Ramsier: Chief Marketing Officer, Tijuana Flats

Jill is currently CMO at Tijuana Flats, a fast-casual Tex-Mex restaurant company headquartered in Orlando, Florida with 134 locations in Florida, Georgia, Indiana, North Carolina and Virginia. She is responsible for leading Marketing, PR, and Culinary Development and is a key member of the strategic team. Jill is leading a brand refresh of the almost 25-year-old brand including evolving the brand positioning, marketing, website, guest experience and menu evolution.

Jill is also co-founder and co-owner of Quantum Leap Winery, a negocient-style winery located in Central Florida, focused on great wine with an environmental conscious and a global reach. Quantum Leap Winery opened in October, 2012 and has received many accolades for their great wines, unique business concept is beloved and notable part of the thriving Central Florida culinary and beverage community.

Prior to opening the winery, Jill was the Chief Marketing Officer for Ruth’s Hospitality Group, Inc., headquartered in Heathrow, Florida. Along with her responsibilities of leading Marketing, PR, Culinary and Beverage for all three restaurant brands (Ruth’s Chris Steak House, Cameron’s/Mitchell’s Steak House and Mitchell’s Fish Market), she was an effective strategic leader, known for her innovative approach and a key member of the executive team. Jill directed the brand positioning evolution process for Ruth’s Chris and brand definition and menu engineering work for Mitchell’s Fish Market. She initiated the consolidation of core marketing functions to gain efficiencies and leverage best practices. Further, she implemented a more disciplined consumer oriented approach; specifically, implementing marketing testing protocol, refining the culinary development process and leveraging primary and secondary consumer research.

Before joining Ruth’s Hospitality, Jill worked at Darden Restaurants, Inc. for nine years, where she held brand management leadership roles in brand strategy, advertising and menu and beverage strategy. During her time at Darden, Jill led several key strategic initiatives for Red Lobster such as managing the brand’s evolution, including brand promise development and operationalization, menu optimization and service innovation.

Jill received her B.A. in Business Economics from the College of Wooster and received her MBA in marketing and competitive strategy from the University of Florida. Jill has also received recognition for outstanding achievement such as the Darden Brilliance Award for Outstanding Support of Restaurants in 2001 and 2005, and a Silver Effie Award in 2001, and she earned her Sommelier Certification in 2002.

Lori Gustafson: VP of Brand Strategy, Wyndham Destinations

Lori Gustafson serves as Vice President, Brand Strategy for Wyndham Destinations. In this capacity, she is responsible for developing, maintaining and evolving the Wyndham Destinations brand while also bringing Wyndham’s globally-recognized vacation brands to life. Under her guidance, a multi-disciplined creative and production team along with external brand agencies and key business partners develop and implement visual identity strategies, develop standards guidelines and maintain brand consistency through governance and compliance.
