This 3-hour workshop will provide concrete tools for participants on how to support girls and young women to prevent early and forced marriage as well as ensure that young women are not further isolated by early marriage. Participants will recieve information on how to support youth in completing their education, negotiate the terms of a more beneficial marriage, and access reproductive and sexual health care options. Sauti Yetu staff will share our perspective on how these issues impact social service provision for African immigrant women and families.
