Description

Come and listen to stories by chef’s while you taste a six-course, small plate passing(including wine) featuring Phillip Lièvre, Chef-Owner Le Rendez-Vous Bistro, Kenilworth, NJ; Paul Joseph, Executive Chef Rave NYC; Karan Fischer Chef-Owner Montclair Culinary Academy, Montclair, NJ; Kwame Williams Co-Owner Vital, Montclair, NJ.

All proceeds will go toward The Independent Contemporary Arts Project (ICAP) and expenses for “A Chef’s Culinary Journey“, a television series pilot now in production by ICAP. This series features chefs telling stories about how food influenced their lives and will also create awareness of food and food policy.
