Event Details

*UPDATE* For planning purposes, we ask that you please purchase your tickets no later than Wednesday, September 6th!

This is our first annual benefit and silent auction and will be held at The Historic John P. Furber Farm. In addition to the silent auction, attendees will enjoy dinner, dessert, one drink ticket and live entertainment with their admission. We'll also have fun events happening throughout the night such as a wine/beer pull, a "mini" pink carpet with photo backdrop, and are excited to present live entertainment from Duelly Noted, an all female, interactive dueling pianos act.

We'll post details of some of the featured auction items on our blog throughout the coming weeks, but they include an American Girl Doll, a Mall of America Gift Pack, a Strider kids bicycle, tickets to the MN Wild, lots of "date-night" and kids gift packs, and a Montana Ski Vacation Package - with more items coming in everyday!

Proceeds from this event will be benefitting young children with congenital heart defects and their families. The majority of the monies raised will go in combination to support families we sponsor and to local hospitals (University of Minnesota Masonic Children’s Hospital, and Children’s Hospital and Clinics of Minnesota) researching ways to eradicate these diseases.

Although we anticipate having family-friendly events in the future, this event is best for adults only.

Event Schedule

5:00PM - Happy Hour and Silent Auction Begins

7:00PM - Dinner*

8:30PM - Live Entertainment from Duelly Noted (Silent Auction Ends)

*If you have special dietary restrictions please contact us when you purchase your tickets.

A Charlie Girl Foundation

Simply put our daughter Charlotte Ava – “Charlie Girl”

We believe that she lived for a purpose. Strength, peace, compassion, generosity and love are the lights that she shined in her life and through her illness. Now, after her death, we want to reflect those lights and make them grow.

The intent of this foundation is to support families like ours:

  • Through the generous donations of others financially supporting children and families faced with the challenges of congenital heart defects
  • By inspiring peace during adversity and compassion during hardship through our words, and acts of service to children and families dealing with congenital heart defects
  • And by showing love and strength to the children and families fighting heart disease while we raise awareness and support for research-based solutions for congenital heart defects.

Per the CDC – Congenital Heart Defects affect nearly 1% of births each year and 25% of the babies born with CHD have critical cases and will require surgery within the first year of life. We know by experience this can cause a great emotional, physical and financial strain on families. It is our hope to step in and support these children and families at such a critical time
