A Cake, a Fudge, a Cookie! A Class with Baker Jessie Sheehan

Come to spend a cozy Saturday morning with baker and cookbook author Jessie Sheehan and learn recipes and techniques from her scrumptious book The Vintage Baker from the source herself!

Jessie is full of incredible baking knowledge and holds the answers to many of your baking questions. We did a signing with her earlier this year where she brought homemade baked goods that were so exquisite and delicious we immediately asked her to teach a class.

This 2.5-hour class also includes a signed copy of the Vintage Baker.

All classes at Archestratus guarantee a hands-on cooking experience, a meal with some new friends, and something to take home and share with your loved ones.

JESSIE SHEEHAN is a baker, food writer and recipe developer. She is the author of The Vintage Baker and the co-author of Icebox Cakes (both published by Chronicle Books). She has developed recipes for many cookbooks, besides her own, and has contributed recipes/ and or written for Epicurious, Food52, Fine Cooking, TASTE, Little Sous, and Main Street Magazine, among others.
