FAQs

What the heck is immersive site-specific theatre?

We produce theatre in non-traditional spaces -- bars, studio lobbies, houses, etc. It is often intimately staged, and the audience is very close to the action, but will not be involved with it.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

Parking is limited. We highly recommend using rideshare.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

You can't bring your own food/alcohol.

You can bring your thirst as we will be providing refreshments throughout the night by donation.

Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?

Please visit our website here

Is my ticket transferrable?

Requests for transfers or refunds must be made no later than 24 hours in advance to the date of your show. And please let us know if you're going to be a no-show, as we tend to have a waitlist due to extremely limited spaces.

Is the venue ADA accessible?

Yes! There is a 36' ramp in the front entrance and a wheelchair accessible restroom.

About Us

InHouse works to create site-specific productions that confront our audiences with the realism of film in an immersive live theatre setting. We perform in houses, backyards, lobbies, bars & restaurants - all in an effort to give patrons a theatrical experience of such immediacy that entertainment becomes clandestine observation. In doing so, we hope to provide new perspectives on classic works while developing original pieces specifically designed for environmental theatre. Additionally, we are deeply committed to community-minded outreach and education.
