Join me in the serene surroundings of Helios Rooftop Sauna for a unique workshop of Breathwork, Thermalism and Functional Breathing.

During our session I will invite you to disconnect for a little, soften the body, calm the nervous system and give your head a little peace.

We will start by getting grounded before looking at the basics of breathing mechanics.

I will then guide you through several breathwork modalities helping you soften,release and balance body and mind.

After that we will experience the profound effects of the cold and the heat in conjunction with breathing.

This brings a great sense of alignment to the system. One that endures long after the session.

Finally, I want to give you something to take away with you. I will introduce you to the basics of functional breathing. This not only helps bring calm and focus to us but a host of benefits which we will look at. These are techniques you will be able to take with you and start introducing into daily life.

We will finish up with a chance to connect over a restorative cup of herbal tea.
