A six course exploration of the 'other side' of the palate, because moving in is like a bitter vegetable--- it doesn't taste good, but it's good for you.

ESPRESSO Cardamom Vodka Martini

DANDELION GREENS two ways: persimmon, shaved radish, pecan vinaigrette

Kingfisher LAGER, chili paneer, mung soup with mini FENUGREEK Pooris

Light MATCHA dashi braised KARELA (Bitter Melon) stuffed with fermented black beans and shitake mushrooms, honey fried Karela

TURMERIC-Coconut Mole AMARILLO, vegetable tempura, pumpkin seeds
