Description

You have two-six months to CREATE a short film less then 20 min in length-

OPEN TO ALL BAY AREA FILMMAKERS (MUST BE A BAY AREA RESIDENT TO COMPETE). MUST BE MADE COMPLETLY FOR THIS CYCLE.


ALL FILMS SUBMITTED will be SCREENED and Voted on at ROXIE THeatre on Oct 22nd, winners will move on to our next screening and receive a trophy then.

FOUR THINGS THAT WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE CHALLENGE

1. an Item (can be anything from a ball to a fence)

2. a type of place/facility/structure (could be anything from a railroad track to a body of water or landmark)

3. a line (something someone will have to say or express in the film)

4. a character (someone in the film that plays a certain part, for instance a farmer or a lawyer etc)

RULES, RULES, RULES-

-No copy written material, logos, business names, music

-Must Include all of the things in the packet provided for your film to be accepted including releases.

-Include all appropriate credits & logos

-Your film must be uploaded to YouTube and link submitted for review to info@mmtb.org by OCT 1st, 2017 then, once approved a raw file through drop box following day(PLEASE SEND MESSAGE TO info@mmtb.org WITH EMAIL address TO GET INVITE FOR DROPBOX FOLDER)- Please email elena@mmtb.org if you don't get a confirmation within 48 hours of your submission.

WARNING** Any films that were made prior and had items added will be disqualified. If you don't want to take the challenge, but still want to get your film screened, check out our other submission area
