The theme of Thread's 9th Annual Fashion Show will be the 7 Deadly Sins. The evening will consist of our themed fashion show followed by a capsule collection portion during which designers will present individual collections of 4-6 looks that represent their design aesthetic.
This year Threads will be taking our cocktail hour outdoors! We're shutting down E February 1 St from S. Elm St to S. Davie St to provide attendees with a fun environment complete with street vendors, The Great Escape and King Creole food trucks, drinks, and a local jazz band. Additionally, we invite you to stay after the show for our after party including meet and greets with designers as well as a DJ.
The Threads Annual Fashion Show was created by UNCG's Consumer, Apparel, & Retail Studies student organization, Threads. All proceeds from the event will go toward supporting the organization's student members in furthering their education, through scholarship competitions and more, and gaining hands on experience in the apparel and retail industries. For more information, please contact Threads at email@example.com and check out our new website at www.uncgthreads.weebly.com.
Seating for the event is as follows:

When & Where
Threads Student Organization
Threads is UNCG's Consumer, Apparel and Retail Studies Student Organization. We host numerous networking events throughout the year to help CARS students find friends, study partners, internships, and meet potential employers. Our annual end of the year Fashion Show is one of our biggest events. The fashion show showcases student work, and exposes CARS students to the community - UNCG and beyond.
