About the organizer
We are a family owned brewery that has been in business for 16 years. We started by purchasing the equipment from Sleeping Giant Brewing Company and operated at their original location under the Brewhouse restaurant for almost 10 years. We moved to our new facility in 2011 and it is located in a totally remodeled complex of buildings that date back to 1885. Some of the historic buildings were once used as a "smokehouse" (stone building) and the "Montana Packing & Provisions Company" which housed a large 3 story icehouse these were the first buildings constructed here and were in place in 1890. After that the entire complex was the birthplace of "Columbia Paints" and served as their factory for 70 years! The brewery experienced massive growth since our move and also our switch to cans at the same time. We continued to add tanks until our new location was busting at the seams once again. In 2017 we opened a new production brewery attached to our existing location, it features a state-of-the-art 60bbl 4 vessel brewing system, a high-speed Krones canning line, an automated kegging line and even a centrifuge. We kept our original brewery in operation and it will focus on creating new and unique seasonal beers. We finished 2017 at just under 10,000 bbls but with our new brewery now online we can grow to around 60,000 bbls.
