                                        9th Annual Food For Families Fundraiser Crop

                                            Friday 1 PM - 9 PM;  Saturday 9 AM-8 PM

Please join us for the 2020 crop to raise money for the Twin Valley Food Pantry and help us celebrate our 9th anniversary! The event has been a sellout for the last eight years. We love hearing from our attendees that this is one of their favorite events! 

Register for Friday, Saturday, or both days and leave your "stuff" at the church overnight! Enjoy quality time with your scrapping buddies; shop our vendors, enjoy a massage session, check out the prizes, and enjoy mouth-watering meals. If you need overnight accommodations, the Holiday Inn Morgantown is less than 2 miles from the church (610-286-3000)


                                                            Registration details:

●   Friday 2/7/19 & Saturday 2/8/19 (Fri dinner, Sat lunch/dinner included) $75.00

●   Saturday, 2/8/18: 9 AM-8 PM (lunch and dinner included) $65.00 

You may pay PayPal, credit card, or check. If paying by check, you will be offered that option during the registration process by clicking on "Select other payment options".

**When ordering raffle tickets with your registration, please see the drop-down option to copy the same name/address details as your registration, without needing to retype the information. You will not be able to complete registering without populating these fields.

                                                                  Event deails:

The registration process includes a place for you to list your preferred table-mates and to note any special requests. We will try to accommodate everyone with seating arrangements. 

 This year all scrappers will be seated in the same room again based on your feedback from 2018! If you have questions or concerns about the seating arrangements, please contact Liane Davis (LianedotDavis@gmail.com, 610-291-0069).

 If the event is sold out when you visit the page, please add your name to the waitlist so we can contact you if someone cancels! 

Here are just a few of the plans for the day:

  • The space is awesome; it will be warm and toasty, regardless of the weatheroutside! 

  • Ideal space with lots of light, and, best of all– each cropper will have a 6’ table!

  • No steps to the crop room, plenty of parking.

  • Carts available for loading/unloading.

  • Fabulous vendors with must-have items to finish your pages and delightful selection of vendors with personal items for your home, your inner fashionista, or for gift-giving.

  • Lots of amazing silent auction and prize chance items.

  • Continental breakfast, lunch and dinner Saturday, with a separate area for dining. Friday will include dinner.

  • Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and snacks available all day.

  • Massage therapists will be available during event to help you relax or release your creativity. You may book directly through the therapist online or sign up at the event. Online booking details will be sent in January.

In event of inclement weather, a cancellation decision will be made by Thursday afternoon (1/31/19). All registrants and vendors will be notified by email and telephone by 5 PM. We have the church reserved for March 6th and 7th, 2019. If we must use the snow date, your registration fee will be refundable if you cannot join us in March.

We always welcome offers of help and donations for the silent auction and raffle prizes. Together, let's make this a year to remember!
