We hope you can join us at 9:00 am this week for our onsite Sunday Morning Gathering. Seating will be limited in the Worship Center. Please reserve all seats in advance.

If you fall into one of the high-risk categories or are uncomfortable attending in person, please join us virtually at coolspring.org.

About This Gathering

Please RSVP for the total in your party. The combination of the following four items will confirm seating.

2. Everyone in attendance 5 years of age or older should wear a face mask unless a medical exemption prohibits use. Please bring a face mask with you. If you do not have one, a face mask will be provided.

3. Arrive early at the Welcome Center entrance with your entire party. Beginning at 8:55 am, open seating will be available for non-RSVP arrivals.

4. Upon arrival, confirm that you (and your child) have not had any of the following symptoms in the last seven days:

• Fever over 100 degrees

• Cough or sore throat

• Shortness of breath

• Contact with person positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days

• If you are registering a child and your child has any COVID-19 symptoms on Sunday morning please DO NOT bring them to Sunday School

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is needed from me to attend a church service?

1. We ask that everyone in your party over the age of ten wear a face mask as required by CDC guidelines.

2. Let us know the total people in your party, so we can prepare for you. We have limited seating and want to create a spacious, safe experience.

3. Please do not bring drinks into the Worship Center.

What happens once I arrive?

The Parking Team will guide you to a parking space. Your party will exit your vehicle and make your way to the Welcome Center entrance. Please display your RSVP, electronically or printed copy, to a Greeter. An usher will seat your party, following social distancing guidelines.

What will children's programs look like?

Your child (Kindergarten - 5th grade) will join you in the worship center for a family-friendly experience. Listed below are some helpful tips to make it an excellent time for your children:

1. Chat with your child and remind them about the expectations for listening and worshiping together.

2. Bring your child’s Bible and some paper/crayons to draw and take notes.

3. Children love snacks! Feel free to sneak in some treats for your younger children to help them stay focused during the service.

Children ages Birth – Pre-K have the option of attending class. However, please be sure to order a (free) RSVP ticket for them to secure their spot as we are limited with how many we can have in each class.

Following the 9 am service, PK Connect is available for elementary children to connect with leaders and peers to build relationships and reinforce online family resources. During PK Connect, parents can engage with each other while gaining additional resources for family rhythm. Preschoolers will remain in their classes. Please order (free) RSVP ticket for elementary children to secure their spot as we are limited with how many we can have in each class.

What precautions will Cool Spring take?

1. Ensure Cool Spring is safe, secure, and spacious for your family

2. Enhanced cleaning and sanitizing protocols before and after the service

3. Follow required guidelines according to the CDC and State of Virginia

4. Provide a contactless experience

Can I get seating if I do not RSVP?

Seating is not guaranteed. If we do not reach capacity with RSVP arrivals five minutes before the service begins, we will begin seating non-RSVP arrivals.

Approximately 50 minutes
