The 8th Annual Miseducation of the Greek ROADTRIP! 

 Thursday-Sunday, September 28-October 1, 2017

Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill

The 8th Annual ROADTRIP! is an exciting and innovative full immersion Leadership Experience that is designed to empower undergraduate members of Culturally-Based Fraternal Organizations (CBFOs) (Asian, Black, Latino/a, and Multicultural) undergraduate students with an interest in learning more about these organizations (and how to work more effectively with them) and student service professionals and advisors who work closely with these groups.

The ROADTRIP! leadership conference is expanding to a 3-day conference starting on Thursday, September 28 through Sunday, October 1, 2017 at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill.

As always, the 8th Annual ROADTRIP! will feature a great line-up of speakers, programs, and special events.  Stay tuned for other opportunities as they are announced.  

Registration Includes:

  • Admission to all interactive and engaging workshops and presentations (over 12 different speakers)
  • Extensive hand-outs
  • Two lunches (1 boxed (Fri.), (Sat.)
  • Two continental breakfasts (Fri. and Sat.)
  • Private consultations by appointment only (Sun only register at bearnest@theharborinstitute.com)
  • Pass to new African-American Museum of History and Culture (2 pm Friday, Sept 29th Tour scheduled)

Note: Dinner, travel, airfare, ground transportation, hotel accommodations, and incidentals are not included.

TERMS and CONDITIONS

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be received in writing. Refunds will be given only for cancellations received thirty (30) days before the beginning of this conference, less a $25 processing fee per person and any credit-card processing fees. No refunds of any kind will be made after this date. Students and/or advisors who register but do not attend the conference will pay the entire registration fee, but name changes to your list of registrants may be made at any time. The Harbor Institute will issue a full purchase-price credit for future conference attendance to any registrant unable to attend the event, provided the Harbor Institute is notified in writing 48 hours before the start of the scheduled event.

Force Majeure: Failure of Harbor Institute to perform any of the provisions of this Agreement by reason of any of the following shall not constitute an event of default or breach of this Agreement: strikes, picket lines, boycott efforts, fires, floods, accidents, war (whether or not declared), revolution, riots, insurrections, terrorism, acts of God, acts of government (including without limitation any agency or department of the United States of America), acts of the public enemy, scarcity or rationing of gasoline or other fuel or vital products, inability to obtain materials or labor, or other causes which are reasonably beyond the control of the defaulting Party.
