8th Annual Recovery Walk & Rally 2022

A growing opioid crisis is impacting many families across Genesee County. It is estimated that 176 people are dying per day in the United States from overdose. Many are dying from the negative effects from alcoholism and other addictions. Serenity House of is getting creative in solving this severe and growing problem by offering, for the eighth year in a row, the Recovery Walk & Rally on Saturday, September 24, 2022 from 11am-2pm. The event will be held at Riverbank Park in downtown Flint. The event aims to bring awareness around the opioid crisis as well as the other issues attributed to addiction.
