Knowledge Is Power This year we will hold a conference right before the Ball to help bridge the gap between generations, as well as help educate and mentor youth for life in and out of the scene.

Grand Prize #2:House With The Most People Tested ($500)

United We Stand Only 60% of people with HIV know their status. The remaining 40% (over 14 million people), still need to access HIV testing services. Getting yourself tested for sexually transmitted infections is the first step to taking responsibility of your sexual health and the health of your partners. Get a free test for HIV, syphillis, gonorrhea, and chlamydia. Let's work together to raise awareness and end stigma!

Grand Prize #3: Runway ($500)

The World AIDS Benefit Concert The Bureau of HIV/STD Services at the Baltimore City Health Department strives to be as flexible and comprehensive as possible in its efforts to intervene in the spread of sexually transmitteed infections. The Ryan White Program in Baltimore City works to provide HIV-related services to more than 10K people each year. TONIGHT! In all white Haute-Couture effect and red accessories in tribute to Ryan White !!! SHUT DOWN THE RUNWAY!!! Leave your fans screaming for an encore.

Grand Prize# 4: OTA Realness ($300/ $300)

The Empire Empire centers on the fictional hip hop music and entertainment company, Empire Entertainment, and the drama among the the members and family as they fight for control of it. In business casual attire come prepared to take over the empire!

Public health officials are looking for new ways to address HIV transmission rates in Maryland. We can prevent new infections through increased awareness, acccurate HIV information, and access to resources. Creating and sharing Hip Hop culture focused on changing the world is a powerful way young people can make a difference. Tonight! Bring it to the runway in 80's Hip Hop attire and DON'T GET LOCKED!

FEMME QUEEN ($300): The Writing on the Wall

Destiny's Chils has sold more than 60 million records worldwide, becoming one of the most popular female R&B groups of the late 90's. Bring it to the runway in an effect inspired by a member of Destiny's Child with a picture for reference.

WOMEN'S PERFORMANCE ($200): One of the Boys

Katy Perry first gained recognition with her debut, mainstream album, One of the Boys, in 2008. Her style has always brought her attention so tonight in a blue wig and tutu come through and show out.

BUTCH QUEEN ($200): Femme Fatale
