8th Annual Kids Fishing Tournament

Age Groups: 4 & Under, 5-8 years, 9-12 years

Prizes: Top 3 weighing the most in the 3 age groups

$10 registration fee (includes rod & reel with tackle, bait, hot dogs & drink)

Schedule: 8am sign-in, 11am weigh in certified scales, 11:15am Prizes (must be present to win)

WAIVER/RELEASE FORM

Child must be no older than 12 years and must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or over. I assume all risks associated with my child’s participation in this event includes, but are not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of weather, and the conditions of the lake, all such risks being known by me and my child. Having read this waiver and knowing the facts and in consideration of your accepting my entry; I, for my child and myself, anyone else acting on my behalf, waive and release and indemnify Kids Fishing Tournament hosts Lake Brownwood Community Development Council, Flat Rock Park, Brownwood Bass Club, Early Visitors and Event Center, Bishop Distributing, Pecan Valley Kiwanis Club, Kiwanis of Brownwood, all other sponsors, and all respective officers and board member, volunteers, and officials from all claims and liabilities of any of the persons named in this waiver. I attest my child to be in proper physical condition to participate in this event. LBCDC, Big Bass Hooker Tackle, and Flat Rock are not responsible for monitoring the use of this facility by others. Upon entering this facility, you knowingly and voluntarily assume the risk of infection and agree that you will observe all preventative healthcare measure: put in place by federal, state, and local officials, as well as park officials. I hereby grant full permission to use my child’s name and any photographs, videos, or other records of this event for any proper and legal purpose. By signing below, I accept and understand the terms of this waiver/release.
