8th Annual Gargoyle Gala

Step into an evening of elegance and celebration as UChicago Graduate Council presents Gargoyle Gala. This exclusive, formal affair is the perfect way to start out the year—think glistening cocktails, enchanting music, and a night of dancing beneath dazzling lights in one of Chicago’s most iconic venues. Don’t miss this unforgettable evening of sophistication and revelry. Round 1 tickets go on sale THIS FRIDAY!

Tickets include admission, food, and full a full beer/wine bar. Both a professional photographer and photo booth services will be present at the event.

Parking is available at the Navy Pier Parking Garages for $41. Alternatively, off-site parking at Grand Plaza Park, Ogden Plaza Self Park, Millenium Park Garage, or Cityfront Place Parking Garage (code 7858) is available for $15. Rideshares should drop off at the Sable Hotel, number 2 Entrance.

Black Tie attire is recommended for this event. Doors will close at 9:00 PM.

Ticketing Information

Ticket sales begin October 17 at 5 PM Central. Graduate Council is excited to subsidize ALL tickets for this event. Please note that we only move to higher tiered pricing once the previous tier has sold out.

Tier 1 - $55 (Open Ocotober 17)

Tier 2 - $60 (Open October 24)

Tier 3 - $65 (Open October 31)

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED IF REQUESTED WITHIN ONE WEEK OF THE EVENT. For this event, we have activated automatic refunds to streamline the refund process. Please note that Eventbrite incurs a fee for this service. Because of guest count deadlines set by the venue, refunds will NOT be granted after November 3.

Re-sellers and purchasers must coordinate payment independently. UChicago Grad Council will not facilitate any transfers.

Once payment has been coordinated, resellers can change the name on their ticket to the purchaser.
