Come out to 80/20 Fitness every Saturday where all of your fitness and nutritional needs will be met. Each Saturday we have a guest speaker come out to encourage people to create healthier habits. Snacks will be provided!
9:00 am --- Come enjoy a FREE Cardio Explosion boot camp class with 80/20 Fitness. Participants will partake in an obstacle course form of training. This innovative style of training will increase your heart rate and get you one step closer to meeting your fitness goal.
10:00 am --- Learn more about the importance of nutrients and healthy eating.. Including healthy treats and goodies :-)
