I am bringing my 8 Weeks of Wellness course to Remote Year to help you cultivate awareness and a greater level of self-care and clarity in your life. This will hopefully allow you to be more creative and productive once you exit the program as you will already have these dimensions of your life understood.
Together we will work through the following dimensions of wellness:
Environmental, Emotional, Financial, Intellectual, Occupational, Physical, Spiritual and Social.
This will not eliminate all of your problems but it will give you a solid understanding and foundation needed for you to set goals and create progress in your life. You will discover what areas you are rocking and what areas need more focus and TLC as we move into a new year. I will provide you with a plethora of ways to improve and empower each dimension of wellness in your own life.
We will meet every Thursday at 7 pm at a location I am still determining. It will be held in the neighborhood we are living in on Koh Phangan. Classes will be up to 1 hour. Each week we focus on a different dimension of wellness.
My teaching style is informal and will include a weekly handout and homework with 1 or 2 options. One will scratch the surface of the topic and one will dive deep to allow everyone to go as deep as they can at this moment in time. We will have community chats, opportunities to support each other in a non-judgemental zone and work together to create progress in our lives. The classes will end with a short guided meditation and intention setting.
I am also going to create a private facebook page for us to share content around the themes we are working with and I will be available for one on one support throughout the course.
The last class is Dec. 29th and this course will give you a great head start for rocking 2017 !
