REDUCE STRESS.  LIVE IN THE PRESENT. LEARN TO MEDITATE

Course is based on the Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.  Additional details at the link below.


The Course will start on Thursday October 27th and will run for 8 consecutive Thursdays finishing on December 15th.  It will run from 7:00pm to 9:00pm each Thursday.  There will also be a 1 day silent retreat on Saturday December 3rd from 10am to 4pm Total cost will be Euro75.

The venue for the Thursday classes will be The Garden Room at St Patrick's Church in Greystones.  Location details below.
