Description

New series of the 8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Series for the New Year! MBSR an 8-week evidence-based group program that focuses on the progressive acquisition of mindfulness. Let's learn together and practice methods for gaining better resiliency and skills for maintaining physical and mental health in these stressful times. The class includes a daylong retreat March 11th from 9 am to 3 pm. Weekly classes (scheduled Janurary 28th - March 25th 6-830 pm) will include guided meditation, mindful movement, mindful discussion, and home practice assignments. Classes are taught in a no-pressure, supportive environment and require absolutely no experience. Bringing water and layering clothing is recommended...tea and hot water will be provided. All are welcome.
