Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a powerful method for learning to live more fully in the present, with greater clarity of thought. Practice of MBSR may help to reduce stress, decrease burn-out, and increase empathy for self and others.
Instructor, Judith Moyer, PhD, has been practicing and teaching MBSR for nearly a decade.
This course begins Monday, February 27 and will run for 8 consecutive Mondays from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. in the Wentworth-Douglass Garrison Auditoriums.
Tuition for this course is $275 for the general public and includes all classes, printed materials, CDs for home practice, and an all-day retreat on a Saturday (date TBD).
A $25 discount is offered to WDH employees and affiliates.
