Only for students and staff from Imperial/RCA/RCM and LSE

An 8 Week Mindfulness course inspired by ‘The 16 Guidelines for Life’.

A course suitable for people of all ages, beliefs and cultural traditions.

Learn how to increase emotional resilience and confidence, develop relationships
and find a greater sense of well-being and purpose.

We explore aspects and qualities of
How we think
How we act
How we relate to others
How we find meaning in life

The 16 Guidelines for Life are practical tools inspired by Buddhist philosophy for making life better whether your greatest challenges exist at home, work, in the community or the world beyond.

A regular daily Mindfulness Meditation practice is recommended (if in doubt you can discuss this before booking).

The 16 Guidelines book and set of cards are included in the fee.

The course is led by Hogetsu Baerndal, Chaplain and Mindfulness teacher at Imperial's Multi-Faith Centre.
