This is an 8-week beginner's mindfulness meditation course, to help you increase focus; reduce stress and anxiety; increase self-awareness and emotional regulation; and generate an overall sense of wellbeing. Just like we do physical exercises to make our bodies strong and nimble, we can use meditation exercises to make our minds strong and nimble. This course will teach you basic practices that are simple, convenient and approachable for our modern, and often hectic, urban lifestyles. We will also learn how to to incorporate meditation into our daily lives. In as little as ten minues a day, you can transform your mind.
