14th Annual 8 Lakes Leg Aches Bike Ride
Join over 800 riders for one of the best cycling events in Eastern Washington, touring scenic landscapes between Spokane, Medical Lake and Cheney. Riders of all abilities have four routes to choose from - a leisurely 15-mile or 30-mile ride or challenging 45-mile or 75-mile treks!
The Group Health Office, at the top of Sunset Hill, is our start/finish location. Snacks and beverages will be provided at rest stops along the route. Enjoy food and entertainment at the end of the ride with Trezzi Farm serving pastas, salad & bread, and Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream and Roast House Coffee iced Americanos.
Raise Pledges & Earn Prizes
There are great prizes for those individuals raising pledges and EVERY rider who raises $185 or more in pledges will receive a limited edition 8 Lakes Leg Aches designer jersey!
Entry Fees: Ride Only: $40.00 ~ Ride & Wick Dry T-shirt: $55.00
REGISTER by July 27 to avoid a $10.00 late fee.
All proceeds benefit abused & neglected children and their families who seek the services of Lutheran Community Services Sexual Assault & Family Trauma (SAFeT) Response Program.
