The 7th Annual VinCO Conference returns to Grand Junction for four days of industry learning and networking focusing on a complete, holistic approach to the winemaking craft January, 16-19, 2017. This year’s conference focuses on interactive learning from all sides of the business (viticulture, enology, horticulture and business) and networking for grape growers, winemakers and all other professionals related to the industry. New This Year! CAVE has added a half-day bus tour that will take place on Monday, January 16th!
VinCO is hosted in conjunction with the Western Colorado Horticulture Society and includes horticulture seminars and a trade show.
When does FREE CAVE Registration End?
Current CAVE members can register for FREE up until January 13th, 2017 at 5:00pm. All online registration closes January 13th, 2017 at 5:00pm. Day of registration for CAVE members is $35 per person, per day.
How many people can attend under each CAVE Membership level?
A current Vineyard/Winery Membership includes three (3) Free attendees per day (you must register by January 13th!)
A current Individual Membership includes two (2) Free attendees for per day (you must register by January 13th!)
A current Allied Trade Partner includes three (3) Free attendees per day (you must register by January 13th!)
Any individual participating in the 2016 Amateur Winemakers Competition receives free registration to VinCO.
A Cellar Dweller receives 10% off registration fees to VinCO.
Currently enrolled viticulture & enology students may register for $10 per day (must register by January 13th)

The Colorado Association for Viticulture and Enology (CAVE) is a 501(c)6 member-based association that exists to encourage and support enology and viticulture in Colorado. CAVE promotes the interests of Colorado grape growers and wineries in legislative and political matters, provides a forum for the exchange of ideas, and disseminates current information pertaining to optimum winemaking and agriculture practices for vineyards in the area. CAVE seeks to establish contacts and relationships with other associations, both regional and statewide, to further development and growth of the industry.
