TENTATIVE SCHEDULE (subject to change):

All women & men up to 67.5kg lift in the morning session.

Remaining men 75kg+ lift in the afternoon session.

Saturday, April 15th, 2023:

Session 1 (AM)

7 AM – 8:30 AM – Weigh-in for ALL Women, plus Men up to 67.5kg

9 AM – 1 PM – Lifting for ALL Women, plus Men up to 67.5kg

1 PM – 1:30 PM – Awards Ceremony & drug testing

Session 2 (PM)

12 PM – 1:30 PM – Weigh-in for Men 75kg and up

2 PM – 6 PM – Lifting for Men 75kg and up

6 PM – 6:30 PM – Awards Ceremony & drug testing

*All registrants will be auto assigned to the OPEN DIVISION. If you wish to compete in an additional division you can add that to your registration order. Cost of an additional division is $35.

** BE SURE TO ADD THE "ADDITIONAL DIVISION" TO YOUR CART TO PAY FOR IT. Selecting an additional division without remitting payment will not get you in into the division.

WEIGHT CLASSES:

Women - 44kg, 48kg, 52kg, 56kg, 60kg, 67.5kg, 75kg, 82.5kg, 90kg, 100kg, 100+kg

Men - 52kg, 56kg, 60kg, 67.5kg, 75kg, 82.5kg, 90kg, 100kg, 110kg, 125kg, 140kg, 140+kg

AWARDS:

• Medals will be given out for the Top 3 in each weight class and all divisions.

• Awards will be given out for the Men's and Women's BEST LIFTER to the male and female lifter with the highest coeffecient score in Full Power

ENTRY FEE (event t-shirt included):

Full Power (Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift) – $125

Push Pull - $125

Bench Only or Deadlift Only – $125

*Additional Division – $35 (if you want to enter an additional division please make sure to add it to you cart before checkout)

**Increase in meet entry price is due to inclusion of meet t-shirts for all lifters

Additional meet T-Shirt (XS-XXL) – $25

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:

This is an open championship. There are no qualifying totals and/or competitions required to enter this championship. All lifters competing in the championship must be a member of USA Powerlifting. Memberships to USA Powerlifting must be purchased online at www.usapowerlifting.com.

ADMISSION:

All spectators and coaches may enjoy the competition for an admission fee of $10.00 per day.

This is an entry to a USA Powerlifting event directed by Josh Chamblin. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE entry fee to the 7th Annual USA Powerlifting Capital City Barbell Championship (FL-2023-05). If you fail to show at the event or withdraw for any reason, you will not be refunded your competition entry fee. You will be required to follow all USA Powerlifting guidelines of the event, including the participation and Code of Conduct policies of USA Powerlifting. All participants are subject to drug testing.
