We are a diverse group of mothers, fathers, professionals and community members all working together committed to the Mission and Vision of California Hands & Voices. We are Hearing, Deaf and Hard of Hearing adults who use a variety of means to communicate with our children, including but not limited to American Sign Language and English (reading, writing, and spoken).
We believe that families can make informed decisions with access to resources and support. Our outreach activities, parent/professional collaboration, and advocacy efforts are focused on empowering parents so that their Deaf and Hard of Hearing children can reach their highest potential.
