About this event

Have you ever considered a career at a tech company but aren't interested in coding? Have you been affected by the current pandemic and looking for new employment?

On Tuesday August 23rd, The 100 Black Men of the Bay Area in collaboration with the San Francisco Chapter of the National Black MBA Association will be virtually hosting the 7th annual “Non-Engineering Careers at Leading Edge Tech Companies” panel discussion and hiring fair.

This event will be a discussion comprised of recruiters and diversity professionals from the top technology companies nationwide. The conversation will be focused on non-tech positions that need to be filled, what makes an ideal candidate for those positions, getting attendees hired into those positions, how to pivot into tech from other professions, as well as Q&A from from those who will be listening.

Tech companies in attendance include Chime, Coinbase, Invitae, and other tech companies to be announced weekly.

We will begin promptly at 12pm Pacific, 3pm Eastern via zoom. The link and password will be sent to the email address you provide during registration.

This event is open to all races, ages, genders, nationalities, geographic areas, and differently-abled people who are interested in attending.
