4th ANNUAL SOUTH SHORE SIGHTS AND LIGHTS HOLIDAY TROLLEY TOUR!

Please note, this is a party event. There is loud music, singing and dancing, as well as a bar environment. We would love everyone to enjoy the tour, but we ask you to please consider that the atmosphere may not be for everyone.

*****IMPORTANT: WE ARE OFFERING PRIVATE EVENTS THIS YEAR, BUT YOU MUST BOOK THE ENTIRE TROLLEY, IF NOT, YOU WILL BE PAIRED WITH OTHER GROUPS*****

To book a private event, please be advised: you MUST purchase all 38 tickets for the evening at $60/e.

BULK ORDERS OF TICKETS MAY BE PURCHASED THROUGH VENMO AS WELL BY EMAILING holidaytrolley@gmail.com with the date and number of tickets requested.

Limited space is available and on a first come, first served basis for ticket sales. Once an event is sold out, there will be no more availability on that date.

The tour begins at WOLLASTON TRAIN STATION, where you can utilize the red line to come in, or the train station parking lot for parking. We will let you know exactly where to meet the trolley via email.

Check out some of the South Shore's most beautiful holiday light displays, listen to music, sing songs, and make new friends! We will travel through a few towns with beautiful displays, with the potential for a few surprise detours! Halfway through the trip, we will arrive at a dining establishment where all guests can grab a drink or 2! There will also be a full bar and appetizers available to all guests!

The price of your ticket will ALSO include a beverage at the establishment where we stop. We will provide you with a drink ticket that is good for one beer, wine, or seltzer. You are welcome to purchase any other cocktails and beverages while at the establishment.

Guests may also receive surprise souvenirs to remember their event!

After the stop, guests will re-board the trolley and continue on the remainder of the tour! The tour will conclude back at Wollaston Station, where guests can utilize public transportation if necessary, or return to their vehicles. Please let us know if you need assistance obtaining an Uber or Lyft. Do not drive after consuming alcoholic beverages. We will ensure you get home safely.

Guests are permitted to BYOB on board the trolley.

We WILL have limited restroom breaks throughout the tour, but please plan accordingly.

FINE PRINT & FAQS Fine Print: All sales are final and tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are only valid for scheduled event date and event time. No refunds or reschedules will be provided to anyone who misses scheduled event. Event is rain, shine or snow. No refunds will be given to customers who do not attend the scheduled event due to weather. If roads are closed on the trolley route due to weather and event must be cancelled, customers will be contacted via e-mail. Event is 21+. No one under the age of 21 will be admitted into the event. BYOB is for trolley ride ONLY. None of the alcohol you bring can be opened at the bar or brought off the trolley. No open or unsealed bottles will be permitted into alternate establishments. Coolers MUST be small enough to fit under your trolley seat. Duration of event is approx.4 hours - trolley ride is approximately 3 hours*

All guests consent to photography and video footage that may be used as promotional on our website or social media platforms.

WHAT LIGHTS CAN I EXPECT TO SEE ON THE TROLLEY RIDE?

We have created a BYOB Holiday Lights Trolley ride that will take you the best lighting displays the South Shore has to offer. We do not create our own light displays and do not guarantee you will see light displays for the entire trolley ride. You will see some residential displays and town displays. Our tour guides will keep you entertained between those displays while everyone enjoys drinks, music and games on the trolley ride! HOW MANY PEOPLE FIT ON A TROLLEY? CAN YOU RENT THE ENTIRE TROLLEY OR DO A PRIVATE EVENT? Our private tours can fit up to 38 customers. If you are interested in booking a private tour, please contact holidaytrolley@gmail.com and be sure to reference PRIVATE tour. Private trolleys are very limited and go quickly so please contact as soon as possible. ARE THERE ID REQUIREMENTS OR AN AGE LIMIT TO ENTER THE EVENT? 21+. This is a 21+ event, no one without a valid 21+ ID will be admitted to the event. DO I HAVE TO BRING MY PRINTED TICKET TO THE EVENT? Please bring your ticket (either printed or electronic) and your ID with you to check-in. THE NAME ON THE REGISTRATION/TICKET DOESN'T MATCH THE ATTENDEE. IS THAT OKAY? As long as the attendee has a ticket (either printed or electronic) it does not matter if the ticket name matches the name of the attendee. SOMETHING HAS COME UP AND I CAN’T MAKE THE EVENT FOR THE DATE I SCHEDULED. CAN I RESCHEDULE MY TICKET FOR A DIFFERENT DATE? You cannot transfer your ticket to a different date. Once tickets are purchased all sales are final. You may give your tickets away (again the ticket name does not need to match the attendee name). I WOULD LIKE TO ADD ON ONE MORE TICKET FOR A FRIEND, BUT IT SAYS THE EVENT IS SOLD OUT. CAN I ADD ON JUST ONE MORE TICKET? Unfortunately, no. Once an event says sold out there are no more tickets available for that date. We are limited due to seating constraints on the trolley and cannot oversell the event. ARE WE ALLOWED TO DRINK ON THE TROLLEY? Yes! The event is BYOB and you are allowed to drink on the trolley. We ask everyone to drink responsibly. If you take an open container off the trolley you will be asked to leave the tour. If you arrive overly intoxicated or become overly intoxicated or inappropriate, you will be asked to leave the tour. Please understand this is for your own safety and the safety of those around you. We don't want to ruin anyone's night, but safety is our number one priority. We ask that yoy please respect our staff in the event someone is asked to leave. Please bring coolers that are small enough to fit under your seat. We will have cups provided as you are not to drink out of glass on the trolley. WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE EVENT? If you arrive PLEASE ARRIVE BY 6:45pm. If you are early that's okay, but we will check-in during those times. If you arrive late, that's okay too, but the trolley will depart promptly at the scheduled departure time.
