Please join The Collins College of Hospitality Management as we toast Cal Poly Pomona’s 75th anniversary year by showcasing the talent of our alumni chefs and vintners during a wine dinner like none other before at the Restaurant at Kellogg Ranch.
Each course will be handcrafted by talented alumni chefs like Mark Peel and more to pair with an exclusive selection of wine from our alumni winemakers. We will also be serving our Horsehill Vineyards, 2011 Kellogg Cuvée and our 2012 Rossana Sparkling Wine. The Collins College, College of Agriculture and South Coast Winery partner to make these award-winning wines with grapes grown at Cal Poly Pomona.
