What is meditation?
Meditation It is the state of thoughtless awareness where we are not thinking but are completely aware.
When in meditation, our attention drops all interest in the future and the past and becomes one with the now.
Meditation is easy, and its regular practice greatly improves mental and emotional health.
Free from distractive thoughts and emotions, during meditation we are closer than ever to our essence and reality as it is!
