How long is the seminar?

Just one hour. The start time on the ticket is 30 minutes before the start of the seminar. There's a cafe on site and you can register & relax before the seminar starts.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The NAB Village is a 2-3 minute walk from Southern Cross Station following the concourse over the railway lines to Etihad Stadium. You can see the NAB signage as you approach. There are various car parks in the area if you are driving, best found on Google Maps.

What's the refund policy?

No refunds unless we cancel the event, in which case you will receive 100% refund. If for any reason you cannot make the event you have booked you can send somebody else or you can reschedule for another event if you contact us in advance of the booked event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

We recommend you bring your ticket, however, we will have a list available of attendees.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes, if you contact us in advance of the event. If you miss the event and have not contacted us then the ticket will not be transferred.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, you're welcome to send somebody in your place.

No, but there's a cafe 37 seconds walk from the seminar room! :)
