These are difficult times, and we need all the tools that we can use right now to maintain our vibrations high and keep our peace of mind more than ever!
One of my go to tools has always been meditation. It helps me bring myself to a more balanced state. We all know the benefits of meditation and we want to get into regular practice but something or the other comes in our way, so I have created an event to meditate for 7 days.
It’s completely free to join and will take only 20 - 30 minutes a day to get maximum benefits from meditation.
Event dates: July 20 - July 26 .
Time: You select your own time that's convenient to you!
Location: From the comfort of your home.
