Mission: OME fosters the creating and sharing of new music by connecting emerging composers, ensembles, and musicians with each other and the greater Phoenix community.

OME is a new music presenting organization that grew from the annual Marathon Concert which first ran in 2014. Founder Elizabeth Kennedy Bayer started this concert to connect local new music artists and composers with the broader Phoenix-metro community. The 2016 Marathon Concert was awarded a New Music USA Grant and a Creative Economy Fund Grant from the City of Mesa, AZ.
