Description

Greetings from the Latino Student Alliance at Northern Illinois University!

We, the members of L.S.A, are ecstatic to invite you to our 6th Annual Student Empowerment Conference! This year we have the pleasure of collaborating with the Black Student Union as well as the Student Association at Northern Illinois University, this conference will take place on April 1st, 2017. Check in will begin at 9 a.m. and the FIRST 100 people to arrive will receive a FREE conference t-shirt.

We have worked hard to create one of the best empowerment conferences in the Chicagoland Area yet, and hope you are able to attend. This conference is directed toward, but not limited to, undergraduate and high school senior students to help motivate, network, and build a foundation where education is key.

The Student Empowerment Conference & Lunch will be FREE with hopes of encouraging students to further their education and accomplish their academic goals.

We are please to announce Maximo Anguiano as our keynote speaker this year.

Again, this is a free conference but we would like to have a head count of the people attending to order the appropriate amount of food. If you plan on coming with someone, add the amount of people expected to come with you, or they can also register through the link. If you are bringing students feel free to put down the name of the school instead and the number of students who will be attending.

We have tried our best to make this a very intellectual but fun conference that all can enjoy and learn from. If you are interested and want more information, feel free to contact me.

Thank you and we look forward to seeing you!
