There is No school like OLD School! We have the best Dance Fitness instructors ready to get the party started with their absolutely DOPE dance fitness routines to some of your favorite old school jams!

You are guaranteed to enjoy Alicia Elaine, Darren T. Smith, Marquita Ardrey, Mark Hucks, Meranda Randyrob Thaxton, Mike ZumbaMan Adams, Sunday Gallagher-Strange, Tamara Taylor Boone, and Toya Monger!! ALL of them are going to show up and show out!!! This is going to be an event that you do not want to miss!

Our host is none other than Dave Champion!

DJ Erock will be on the ones and twos! It's time to party y'all!!!

Mark your calendars for Saturday, September 25th from 1:00 -4:00 PM. Doors will open at 12 PM.

Admission: Adults and Children ages 12 & over are $15 in advance and $20 at the door. Children ages 5 through 11 are $10 in advance and $15 at the door. Children must be always accompanied by an adult.

You can also purchase paper tickets from participating instructors or Social Butterflies Foundation Board Members!

Wear your favorite Old School gear and/or Purple to support lupus and fibromyalgia awareness!

For the safety of our guests during this pandemic, Masks are REQUIRED! There will be hand sanitizer and both Social Butterflies Foundation and Boo Williams Sportsplex reserves the right to do a temperature check.

Vendor Opportunities are available to showcase your business! If you are part of a direct sales company, please contact us before purchasing your vendor spot to ensure that we do not already have a representative from your company. If you reserve your vendor spot without contacting us, and your direct sales company is already represented, Social Butterflies Foundation will refund you. However, the Eventbrite fees will NOT be refunded by Social Butterflies Foundation. All Direct Sales Reps must email admin@socialbutterfliesfoundation.org prior to purchasing a vendor spot. Direct Sales vendor spots are first come first served.

We already have MARY KAY AND PAPARAZZI confirmed for Direct Sales.

$75 Vendor package includes:

• A 6 ft. table (with 2 chairs) to showcase and sell your product(s). • Your business promoted on the Facebook event page. You are also welcomed to promote your products and services. • Includes admission for the vendor plus one additional person to help assist running their business. Any additional persons must purchase a ticket.

$75 Food Truck Vendor package includes:

• You can park your Food Truck in the parking lot at Boo Williams Sportsplex. You must be a licensed food vendor. • Your business promoted on the Facebook event page. You are also welcomed to promote your products and services. • Includes admission for the vendor plus one additional person to help assist running their business. Any additional persons must purchase a ticket.

$60 Vendor package includes:

• You provide your own vendor table and chairs to showcase and sell your products.• Your business promoted on the Facebook event page. You are also welcomed to promote your products and services. • Includes admission for the vendor plus one additional person to help assist running their business. Any additional persons must purchase a ticket.

$20 Swag Bag Vendor package includes:

• Businesses introduce themselves by having their coupons, flyers, product samples, etc. placed in 100 gift bags distributed to the first 100 attendees. • Your business promoted on the Facebook event page. You are also welcomed to promote your products and services. • All swag bag materials must be received by 5:00 PM on September 15,2021.

Vendor set up begins at 10:00 AM, Saturday, September 25, 2021. Doors open at 12:00 PM. Vendors will not be allowed to set up after 12:00 PM for any reason because it will be a disturbance. Refunds will not be issued for any reason. Vendors will receive more detailed information after registering. For more information, please email admin@socialbutterfliesfoundation.org .

VENDOR IMPORTANT TERMS & CONDITIONS:

* All fees are NON-REFUNDABLE as they are used to promote the event.

* Vendors must provide their own company specific equipment to include table covering.

* Vendor spots are filled on a first come first serve basis.

* Only one consultant per direct sales company will be allowed.

* Food vendors must have a valid food license/permit.

* Vendor spots are confirmed when both payment is received and the vendor checks yes to accept the terms and conditions on the Eventbrite registration form. A confirmation email will be sent.

* Swag bag vendors should send enough items for 100 swag bags. A confirmation email will be sent which will include information about where to drop off your items.

* Confirmed vendors and swag bag sponsors should email their business logos in png or jpg format within 48 hrs of receiving the confirmation email.

* In case of severe inclement weather, we will notify you if the event has to be postponed.

* Set up Time: Vendors can begin set up at 10:00 AM. Break down is at 4:00 PM.

*There will be volunteers to help direct you to your vendor location, but we do not have the staffing nor equipment to help you load and unload your items. We strongly suggest that you bring assistance and your own wagons, carts, dollies, etc.

* Vendors are responsible for leaving the area in the same condition as they found it.

* We reserve the right to censor any booth.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

In no event will SBF or any of its members, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, volunteers, or agents be liable to attendees or any other person or entity for any sickness, injury, loss, or damage of any kind whatsoever if it is determined that an attendee or person contracted the COVID-19 virus or any other disease at the No School Like Old School Dance Fitness Party taking place at Boo Williams Sportsplex. The forgoing exclusion applies without limitation to all liability for lost profits and any special, incidental, indirect, consequential, punitive or reliance damages, regardless of whether such liability is based on breach of contract, tort, strict liability, breach of warranties, failure of essential purpose or otherwise and even if SBF or Boo Williams Sportsplex was advised of the possibility of such damages.

Social Butterflies Foundation is a registered 501c3 non-profit organization dedicated to helping lupus and fibromyalgia survivors and their families. Our mission is to provide education, support services, advocacy, and encouragement to empower and uplift those living with lupus and fibromyalgia in effort to help them and their families face the challenges of these debilitating illnesses. Funds that we raise go towards our free programs and services that include but are not limited to: emergency medical financial assistance, college scholarships, support groups for adults and youth, COVID relief grants, outreach programs, summit and health fairs, advocacy, and to support research for a cure. It is our vision that together we will make these invisible illnesses visible.
