Event description

Description

The 6th Annual East of the River Book Festival is a magnet for city dwellers from all wards to enjoy a free literary event that highlights the efforts of self-published authors, small publishers and independent bookstores. This festival will inspire and excite those who enjoy culturally diverse books and have an interest in self-publishing.

We celebrate in two ways:

1. We encourage all attendees to wear a costume to reflect a favorite author or book character.

2. We invite writers to participate in engaging panels and workshops to access lessons learned and practical resources.

Attendees for this event reflect readers of all ages and genres. For more details about the authors, sponsors, community partners and opportunities to volunteer, visit www.eotrbookfest.com! Join the fun and be inspired to tell your story!
